In 2011, our school began a cooperative relationship with NCC Education of England, and became the only NCC Education authorized educational institution in northeastern China. With NCC Education, we have developed the “Joint-Diploma Sino-English International Senior-High School Program.” NCC Education of England is an organization approved by the British government to certify examinations and may issue certificates of qualification covering elementary and middle-school computer information curriculum up to national certificates of qualification for level seven (Masters’) coursework.  Through establishing cooperative relationships with more than 300 schools in more than 50 countries, NCC Education has provided opportunities for students of many countries to enter Great Britain, America, Canada, Australia and other countries for college studies.  NCC Education of England is certified by the British “The syllabus and education management committee” as an institution established for certifying examinations. Its curriculum has been approved by the British “Universities and Colleges Admissions Service” as an admission course of British universities”and its college cooperative degree program has received approval from the British “Quality Assurance Agency” and “British Department for Business ,Innovation and Skills”.  At the same time, it is also an affiliated member of the The British Counci. Currently, NCC Education of England has five worldwide offices and has more than one-million students enrolled all over the world.
