1. Star International Education of Jilin Province was founded in 1997.
 2. In March of 2003, the government of Changchun City designated Star Adult Education Center of Changchun as “the project training base of the citizens of Changchun for commonly used foreign languages.”
 In May of 2003, Star Adult Education Center of Changchun obtained a Nation Foreign Experts Department issued “letter of authorization for the hiring of foreign experts of foreign culture and education.”
 3. In November of 2003, Star International Education Exchange Academy of Changchun was established and was the first Sino-foreign cooperatively run organization in Jilin Province to gain approval through the review of the Ministry of Education.  Its permit number is:
   PDE22AUN14IFR20031360.
 In September of 2007, Star International Education Exchange Academy of Changchun obtained an “authenticated certificate for the hiring of foreign experts of foreign culture and education.”
 In June of 2011, Star International Education Exchange Academy of Changchun obtained a “letter of authorization for the hiring of foreign experts of foreign culture and education.”
 4. In January of 2003, Star Private Immigration Services Ltd. of Jilin Province was established and was acknowledged by the Public Security authorities as an organization qualified to handle foreign immigration.
 In November of 2010, Star Private Immigration Services Ltd. of Jilin Province obtained a “letter of authorization for the hiring of foreign experts.”
 
 In March of 2011, Star Private Immigration Services Ltd. of Jilin Province obtained an intermediary agent “letter of authorization for the hiring of foreign experts.”
 
 5. On June 2, 2009, the Chamber of Commerce of Changchun for International Culture and Education Foreign-Expert Service was founded.  This chamber of commerce is the first the first of its type in the whole nation to deal with foreign culture and education expert services.  Mr. Guo Jian wei, the CEO of Star International Education of Jilin, was elected as the first president of this organization.
 6. Since August 2009, on four occasions, Star International Education of Jilin organized Changchun City Foreign Teachers “Deliver Class to the Countryside” activities.  Star Education of Jilin is the sole designated contractor of the first activity; every major website, Jilin Television, Changchun Evening News, New Culture View, and East Asia Economy and Trade News all reported on the “deliver class to the countryside” activity.
